Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Inducar Studio / Inducar Group

1. Who we are

Inducar Studio is a digital services brand operated by Inducar Group. We build websites, lead automation systems, brand/design work, digital marketing and reporting dashboards for service businesses. Contact: andres@inducargroup.com

2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the submission of the project enquiry form. They do not, by themselves, create a client engagement. Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Inducar Studio.

3. Enquiries and quotes

4. Services and deliverables

The specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in the individual proposal. Where no proposal exists, no work is owed. Third-party platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, Make, Meta, Google, Stripe) are used under their own terms, and their availability or pricing is outside our control.

5. Client responsibilities

6. Intellectual property

Ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless a proposal states otherwise. Inducar Studio retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio. Pre-existing tools, code libraries and internal methods remain the property of Inducar Studio.

7. Payments

Fees, schedules and payment methods are set out in each proposal. Where online payments are processed (e.g. via Stripe), those transactions are subject to the payment provider's terms. Late or non-payment may pause or suspend work.

8. Warranties and liability

Work is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inducar Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting outages, or content you provide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share for the purpose of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver the work. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the relevant proposal. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inducar Group is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The most current version is always published on this page.
